At 26 months:

Trying to teach him how to cross the road..

Mommy: look to your right

IZ looked to his right

Mommy: see if there's any car.. No car, we can cross..

IZ: yes car there (pointing to one of the cars parked at the side of the road)

Mommy: ...

Daddy: see if there's any car COMING TOWARDS you..

Just another reminder on how I shall speak properly to the toddler..
